A Resume Website? Finding the right employee can be challenging. That's why I've created this site, to allow prospective employers to learn more about me and what I have to offer. In today's tight job market, employees must market themselves to stand above the rest. Likewise, managers must conduct candidate searches with limited time and resources. You've come to the right place! Background ~~~~~~~~ I was raised in Red Bluff, CA where my grandparents settled in 1940. While trying out the big city life for awhile in my younger years, I eventually settled back in my hometown. I am 46 years young, married with two grown stepchildren, two chihuahuas and three cats. I am career and family-oriented, and enjoy the outdoors, computing, reading and classic rock. What sets me apart from the pack? I'm a quick learner, have excellent people skills, am highly organized, creative and intelligent. My I.Q. was tested at 137. I am a very left-brained, creative and solution-oriented thinker which allows me to be focused and diligent. I like to take on projects and be part of a team. Though I have excellent leadership skills, I am able to balance taking as well as giving direction. I am forward-looking and my decisions are based on considering all future outcomes. This allows me to contemplate potential problems which then can be avoided. I am personable and able to get along with diverse personality types (even the challenging ones!). I can maintain composure in extremely difficult situations. I have excellent references, which I will gladly provide upon request.
